Cooperation Details
1. Application and review process
✅ Eligibility Requirements:
- Currently, only beauty, skincare, and health products are accepted (other categories are not open at this time).
- Complete product information is required, including:
- Product Barcode (Barcode/UPC)
- Ingredients list (if applicable)
- Valid expiration date (must be at least 6 months)
- Product images and detailed descriptions
✅ Review time:
- After submitting complete materials, it will take 3-7 business days for review.
- After the review is approved, you will receive a warehouse entry notification and initial inventory requirements.
2. Warehousing and Inventory Management
📦 Initial warehouse quantity:
- We will pre-set initial inventory levels based on market demand (e.g., 6-100 pieces per product).
- Suppliers are required to deliver the specified quantity to SF Express's smart warehouse.
🔄 Inventory Adjustment Mechanism:
- Sales figures are reviewed regularly , and if a product is selling well, additional inventory will be required.
- If products are slow to sell, the amount of goods received may be adjusted or replenishment may be suspended.
3. Sales and Settlement Methods
💰 Payment methods:
- Settlement is based on actual sales (calculated only after the sale).

Provide weekly inventory reports , listing:
- Sales volume
- Remaining inventory
- Amount due
📅 Settlement period:
- Settlements are made weekly, and payments will be made within 7 business days after the report is confirmed.
4. Other Terms and Conditions
🚚 Logistics Arrangements:
- Suppliers are responsible for arranging delivery to SF Express's smart warehouse (Address: 9/F, SF Tower, Asia Logistics Centre, 36 Shipping Road, Tsing Yi, Hong Kong).
- Returned or exchanged goods, or slow-moving products, shall be handled in accordance with the agreement.
📝 Contract Term:
- The initial cooperation period is 3 months , and it can be renewed upon expiration.
- Both parties have the right to terminate the cooperation by giving 30 days' prior notice.
